Bar46 Kurobuta Pork (Berkshire) is a heritage breed pig with blood lines dating back hundreds of years to Berkshire England. The royal family kept their own herd of Berkshire pigs due to the unmatched flavor. The pork is a deep red color and marbled like a beef steak. The Bar46 only raises registered, free range, stock to ensure the best eating experience. We don't use steroids or growth hormones and never will.
